tamos AI Cancellation & Renewal Policy

1. Who We Are
tamos AI is a brand product of **Brandmerce, LLC** ("tamos," "we," "us," or "our").
This Cancellation & Renewal Policy applies to paid subscriptions purchased directly from tamos unless separate written terms or a third-party marketplace's terms apply.
2. Subscription Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the billing period displayed at checkout, such as monthly or annually.
The applicable subscription price, billing frequency, included features, and any promotional terms will be displayed at purchase or in the Services.
3. Automatic Renewal
Unless the purchase screen expressly states otherwise, paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the applicable billing period until canceled.
By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize the applicable payment method to be charged for recurring subscription fees and applicable taxes according to the billing terms disclosed at checkout.
4. How to Cancel
The Parent Administrator may cancel a subscription through the available **Plans & Billing** or subscription-management controls in the Services.
Where in-app cancellation is temporarily unavailable, you may request cancellation by emailing **info@tamos.ai** from the email address associated with the account and using the subject line **Cancel Subscription**.
We may take reasonable steps to verify the request before changing billing on an account.
5. Effect of Cancellation
Cancellation stops the subscription from renewing for a new paid term.
Unless otherwise stated at purchase, the account will remain on the paid plan through the end of the already-paid billing period.
Cancellation of billing does **not** automatically delete the family workspace, student records, Student Profiles, Portfolio Content, transcripts, or other Family Content.
Data retention and deletion are governed by the Privacy Policy.
6. Export Your Records Before Deletion
Because tamos may contain years of homeschool records and Portfolio Content, the Parent Administrator should export any records the family wishes to preserve before requesting account deletion.
Depending on the available features and plan, exports may include transcripts, reports, Portfolio files, or other supported records.
7. Refunds
Except where required by law or where a specific money-back guarantee, trial term, promotion, or written refund right is expressly displayed at purchase, subscription fees are non-refundable after the paid subscription term begins.
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically create a prorated refund for unused time in the current billing period.
If a tamos purchase screen expressly offers a money-back guarantee or refund period, the terms shown for that offer control for the applicable purchase.
8. Annual Plans
Annual plans are billed in advance for the annual term shown at purchase.
Canceling an annual plan stops the next annual renewal. Unless a refund right applies under law or an express offer made at purchase, access continues through the end of the paid annual term and the unused portion of the annual term is not prorated or refunded.
9. Trials and Promotional Offers
Trial length, payment requirements, conversion terms, and promotional pricing will be disclosed at the time of enrollment.
If a trial converts to a paid subscription, the conversion and recurring billing terms will be presented as required by applicable law.
A promotional price may expire or change to the standard price described in the applicable offer.
10. AI Credits, Usage Allowances, and Add-On Purchases
Subscription-based AI credits or usage allowances may reset according to the plan terms and generally have no cash value.
Unused subscription allowances are not refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Separately purchased credit packs, add-ons, or one-time products may have separate expiration, refund, or usage terms disclosed at purchase.
11. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the payment method, notify the Parent Administrator, limit paid features, or suspend paid access.
We will not intentionally delete the family workspace solely because of an initial failed payment without handling data according to the Privacy Policy and applicable account procedures.
12. Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing for future billing periods.
Where required by law, we will provide advance notice before a price change applies to an existing automatically renewing subscription.
Continued renewal after the effective date of a properly disclosed price change constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
13. Third-Party Purchases
If you purchase tamos through an app store, marketplace, scholarship purchasing platform, reseller, or other third party, billing, cancellation, and refund procedures may also be governed by that provider's terms.
You may need to manage cancellation through the provider that processed the purchase.
14. Charge Disputes
Contact **info@tamos.ai** if you believe a charge is incorrect so we can investigate.
Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
